Welwyn Garden City -  Project timescale 18 months

 Complete decorating package to newly built care home. Work included 116 bedrooms, lift lobbies, lounges, dining rooms, cinema, library and back-of-house areas. Wide vinyl contract wallpaper was installed.

Aldgate Hotel Project - Project timescale 17 months

 Full decorating package for a 250-room hotel. Works covered bedrooms, corridors, mezzanine, ground floor, staircases, and back-of-house areas. Included the installation of wide contract vinyl wallpaper. 

Marbrook Centre - Project timescale 4 months 

Complete decoration package for a care facility. Included painting and wallpapering across communal areas, corridors, and dayrooms.

Taylor Wimpey Central London - Project carried out over a 2 year period 

Ongoing redecoration works delivered across multiple new-build apartment developments in Central London.

Haringey Hubs - Hilldene Court - Project timescale 2 months 

 Decoration and painting of six residential hubs. Areas included lounges, kitchens, corridors, and communal spaces. 

Molyneux Marylebone Apartments - Project carried out over a 1 year period 

 Aftercare and remedial works following project completion.

Included various repairs and touch-ups across the development. 

  Earlsfield Ground Floor fit out - Project timescale 2 months

Painting and papering of feature walls on ground floor communal areas.  

Channelsea House, London E15 - Project timescale 7 months

Full decoration package of former office block converted into 72 apartments.

McMillan House - London SW

Redecoration package of 56 new build apartments.

Maldron Hotel Brighton -  Project ongoing 

Internal and external decorating works carried out at the hotel.  Works to VIP Corridor and entrance lobby. Repairs carried out to  water damaged plasterboards in ground floor public toilets. External painting to high level stucco.

Maldron Hotel Shoreditch - Project ongoing

Carried out works to mock up room. Undertaking various aftercare works e.g. works to water damaged walls in rooms and ground floor dining area.
